ਜੀ, ਬੜੇ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੰਬੈਸੀਆਂ
ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ, ਫ਼ਸਲਫ਼ੇ ਤੇ
ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ-ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਥੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ
ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਮਾਰ ਹੈ। ਪਿੱਛੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਈਸਾਈ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹਾਕਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਰ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ.
ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ 4 ਲੱਖ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ
ਸਨ।
ਇਹ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰਨ
ਵਾਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤੀਆਂ ਮਕਲਾਊਡ ਗਰੁੱਪ (ਹਰਜੋਤ ਉਬਰਾਏ, ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰ
ਮਾਨ, ਪਿਸ਼ੌਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਰਗੇ), ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਫ਼ਿਰਕਾਪ੍ਰਸਤ
ਲਿਖਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ
ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਧਾਰਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ
ਵਿਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੇਖ, ਐਸਾਈਨਮੈਂਟ, ਡਿਸਰਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਥੀਸਿਸ ਲਿਖਣ ਲੱਗਿਆਂ
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਹ ਐਂਟੀ-ਸਿੱਖ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰੀ
ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅੰਬੈਸਡਰ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ
ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਨਜ਼ਰੀਆ ਬਣਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਸਿੱਖ ਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੀਆਂ
ਨੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਤੇ ਅੰਬੈਸੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖ
ਧਰਮ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਤੇ ਫ਼ਿਲਾਸਫ਼ੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ।
ਹੁਣ ਕੁਝ ਸੰਜੀਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਕ
ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਉਲੀਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਹੇਠ ਹਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਲਾਇਬਰੇਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ
ਧਰਮ ਬਾਰੇ 70-70 ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਹਰ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਉਪਰ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨ
ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ (ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਚਾਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਪਤਾ, ਫ਼ੋਨ ਨੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਈਮੇਲ ਐਡਰੈਸ ਵੀ) ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ/ਵਾਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ, ਲਇਬਰੇਰੀ, ਅੰਬੈਸੀ ਜਾਂ
ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚੁਣ ਸਕਦਾ/ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਜ
ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ 20 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ
ਰੁਪੈ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਅੱਧੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਫ਼ੰਡ ਕੋਲੋਂ
ਦੇਣਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਭੇਟਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦਸ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪੈ
(150 ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਡਾਲਰ, £ 120, Euro 140, Australian/Canadian 200 ) ਦੇਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ।
ਹਰ ਇਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ 'ਤੇ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਛਪਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਲੋਕ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਬਹਿਸ ਵੀ ਬੜੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ
ਦਾਅਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਆਓ ਵੇਖੀਏ ਕਿ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਕੂ ਲੋਕ ਪੰਥਕ ਏਜੰਡੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ
ਰਕਮ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਪੰਥ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

‘Sikh
Literature for libraries’ Project
The libraries of colleges and
universities and foreign embassies and prime minsters are full of anti
Sikh literature. McLeod group and the RSS have gifted 4 lakh books to
these libraries. The libraries have no funds or grants to buy genuine
books on Sikh history and philosophy. There are about 300 colleges in
the Punjab and 200 colleges and universities in other states where there
live a good number of Punjabi people. Some of them work for their MA,
M.Phil, Ph.D thesis and dissertations. They write articles, assignments
and dissertations on the basis of anti Sikh literature. So, these
libraries need genuine books on Sikhs and Sikhism.
Under this project, a group of Sikh
missionaries have launched a plan to supply books to these colleges and
foreign embassies and Prime ministers. Those who are interested in
contributing to this project, may contact.
Under this project 70
books will be gifted to each library. On each book there a slip will be
pasted mentioning the name and (if he/she wishes) the address, phone
number or email number of the donor. {e.g. presented by ...... } You can
choose your own library, college of foreign mission.
Each set of 50 books will cost about 20
thousand rupees. The project workers shall contribute about half of the
cost. Those who want to contribute to this project shall pay only 150
(US $), £120, Euro 140, Australian/Canadian $ 200, Rs 10000.
