ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਪੰਚ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਭਾਈ ਕੁਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੜਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ
ਬਿੱਟੂ 'ਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਤੇ ਅੰਨਾਂ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਢਾਹਿਆ, ਬਿਜਲੀ
ਦੇ ਕਰੰਟ ਲਾਏ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਫ ਜਾਹਰ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼
ਰਾਮ ਬਾਦਲ ਵੀ ਬੁੱਚੜ ਬਿਅੰਤੇ ਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਹੇਤੇ ਬੁੱਚੜ ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ
ਸੁਮੇਧ ਸੈਣੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਘਾਣ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ
ਦਲ (ਅ) ਯੂ.ਕੇ. ਦੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਭਾਈ ਕੁਲਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁਠੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਬਿਆਨ
ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੇ।
ਭਾਈ ਮੁਠੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ
ਜਬਰ ਜੁਲਮ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ
ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਵਾਜ ਓੁਠਾਈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਚਮਚੇ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੇ ਭਾਈ ਬੜਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ
ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ਜਦੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਬੜਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ
ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਭਾਈ ਬੜਾ ਪਿੰਡ 'ਤੇ ਜੋ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਲਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹ
ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤੋ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਤ ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਜੋ ਧਾਰਾ 3/4/5 ਐਕਸਪਲੋਸਿਵ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਉਸ
ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋ ਕੁੱਝ ਵੀ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ
ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਖਾੜਕੂਵਾਦ ਵੱਲ ਧੱਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ
ਦੇ ਬਿਅੰਤੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਖੂੁਨ ਮੂੰਹ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਸੋ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮਨ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਭਾਈ ਮੁਠੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਦਾ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਚੜ ਸੁਮੇਧ ਸੈਣੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ
ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਤਲ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ. ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਖਦਸ਼ਾ ਸੀ
ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਨਾ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਢਾਹਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਭਾਈ ਮੁਠੱਡਾ ਨੇ ਸਮੂੰਹ ਪੰਥਕ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ, ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ
ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਇਸ ਜਬਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇੱਕਮੁੱਠ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਉਣ।

Singh was given electric shocks in custody; Now Sent to Kapurthala Jail; Next
court appearance on Oct. 10
Jalandhar/Ludhiana, Punjab
(September 26, 2012): Bhai Kulbir Singh Barapind, President of Akali Dal
Panch Pardhani, was today produced before the Phillaur’s Judicial Magistrate
Jatinderpal Singh. He was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. He is
reportedly sent to Kapurthala Jail. Bhai Kulbir Singh is member of Shiromani
Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) from Phillaur constituency.
Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema, Senior vice-President of ADPP, told media that
Bhai Kulbir Singh had told the court that he was given electric shocks by
the police during his custody.
“We are taking advice of senior lawyers and human rights defenders, and we
shall take appropriate legal action against those who indulged in custodial
torture of a senior Sikh leaders” he told Sikh Siyasat over phone.
Bhai Cheema, who is also a lawyer, further told that police has failed to
recover anything from Bhai Kulbir Singh during six days long police remands
and we suspect that police may try to link Bhai Kulbir Singh to other cases
to cause harassment for the Sikh leader and Akali Dal Panch Pardhani.
It is notable that Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, former President of Akali Dal
Panch Pardhani, is in custody of Ludhiana police and he shall be produced
before Judicial magistrate of Ludhiana on September 27, 2012.
According to information Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, Paramjeet Singh
Bunty (boy who take care of Bhai Daljit Singh’s ill mother) are in custody
of C.I.A staff Ludhiana. It is notable that Advocate Manjhpur and Bunty were
picked up by Ludhiana police on September 25, 2012 but were released on late
evening on condition that they would appear for giving statements on
September 26.
