The term granted by legal notice to Ajay
Devgan has expired and the actor-producer has failed to respond to the
objections raised by Advocate Navkiran Singh, a Chandigarh based human
rights lawyer regarding his upcoming movie titled “Son of Sardar”. Ajay
Devgan was slammed with a legal notice by Navkiran Singh on August 16, 2012
and was asked to respond by August 25. The notice had accused Ajay Devgan
for patroying Sikhs in bad light in his upcoming movie “Son of Sardar”.
Advocate Navkiran Singh has confirmed that
Ajay Devgan has failed to respond to the legal notice. Now Navkiran Singh is
preparing to initiate legal action against the actor-producer.
“Notice to Ajay Devgan producer and actor
of Son Of Sardar was dispatched on 16th Aug, should have reached him by max
18th (August). Let’s be prepared for a legal battle after 25th Aug and show
them that we would not take things lying down any more” Navkiran Singh wrote
on his facebook fan page.
