Thanks
a lot for sharing both the parts addressed to the
Head Minister Giani Gurbachan Singh by S. Inder Singh,
duly supported by relevant speech in the presence of
other stooges.
As all the Sikhs are now well aware of the fact that SGPC
is managed under The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925. In accordance
with Section 43 A, the Head Minister of Sri Akal Takhat
Sahib, Amritsar is also Member of SGPC together with other
four Head Ministers.
Whereas Section 134 provides power to
suspend or dismiss any office-holder, and
sub-section (g) prescribes:
..."fails
persistently to perform his duties in connection
with the management or performance of public worship or
the management or performance of any rituals and ceremonies
in accordance with the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib",
or (h) has ceased to
be a Sikh......
It would thus show that Head Minister Giani
Gurbachan Singh could be dismissed as he has
failed to act according to the Guru Granth Sahib
especially when he has been equating Bachiter
Natak at par with the Guru Granth Sahib. Therefore, some person
or organization based in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and
Chandigarh UT, should approach the Judicial Commission for his
dismissal under Section 134 (g) of The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925.
At the same time, The Sikh Diaspora should
also understand that he has nothing to do with
other Sikhs, who have been residing outside SGPC's
jurisdiction and accordingly, we should boycott
them as they have been playing in the hands of anti-Sikh elements.
May Akall Purkh bless Charhdi Kalaa to all
the Sikhs, who have been obeying the Guru Granth
Sahib from Japp Jee Sahib to Mundavani at pages 1
to 1429. Let us remember edict of Guru Gobind Singh
Sahib before breathing his last on 7 October 1708:
"Sabh Sikhan Ko Hukam Hai, Guru Maniyo
Granth."
It means One Granth, the Guru Granth Sahib
only, though there could be countless Granths as
mentioned in Stanza 17 of Japp Jee Sahib.
