Respected The Sikh Diaspora,
Waheguru jee ka Khalsa Waheguru jee
kee Fateh
In the light of views expressed
below, I wish to add that the main object of The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925
was to look after the Historical Gurdwaras
and to propagate the Teachings of Guru Granth Sahib. If any
office-holder or a minister fails to perform his/her duties under the
said Act, he/she could be suspended or dismissed
under Section 134 (g) of The Sikh Gurdwaras Act 1925. Since SGPC President and
the Head Ministers have failed in their duties, they
all should be dismissed. Therefore, the Sikhs residing
in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and UT Chandigarh should write to
the Judicial Commission for initiating action
against them.
Similarly, the SGPC or its Head
Ministers have no Authority to function like any Marshal Court or
Police Station and as such their directions are meaningless especially
when not based on any legal or religious Authority.
If Prof. Sarabjit Singh Dhunda or any other person has violated any Sikh
Tenet, the aggrieved person should lodge written
complaint with the Judicial Commission or any local Court
as was done by Gurleen Kaur & other students and the so
called sehajdharis??
The Sikh Diaspora are requested to
continue to obey and practice the teachings enshrined in the Guru
Granth Sahib from Japp Jee Sahib to Mundavani at pages 1 to 1429. And
there is no need to have any instructions from any
other mortal or goluck employee.
